Twenty on the Park is being developed as a joint venture by Jericho West Developments Ltd. and Pantheon Developments Ltd. The principals of this joint venture have a combined 30 years experience in high quality real estate development. Established in 1988 by Hans von Tiesenhausen, Pantheon has specialized in the construction of custom homes and townhomes, exclusively on the Vancouver’s West Side.

Recent projects built by Pantheon include Redbricks, row townhomes located at 15th Avenue and Laurel as well as Hansdowne Row, a collection of 20 townhomes located at 8th Avenue and Arbutus. These developments reinforce Pantheon’s reputation for outstanding construction quality and meticulous attention to detail. Pantheon is a registered builder with the BC Homeowner Protection Office and with the National Home Warranty Programs Ltd. which will provide the 2-5-10 year warranty.
